All designs are created by Michelle Duffy (Yaldi Designs) and printed to order by The Print Bar (Australia).
By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms.
1. About This Store
This online shop showcases original artwork and designs by Yaldi Designs.
All products are printed and fulfilled by The Print Bar (Australia) on behalf of Yaldi Designs.
2. Orders and Payments
Orders are securely processed through The Print Bar’s checkout system.
Yaldi Designs does not receive or store your payment details.
Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Customers will receive order confirmation and tracking details via email once their order is dispatched.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Each product is made to order. Typical timeframes are as follows:
Production time: approximately 3–5 business days
Standard delivery within Australia: 5–9 business days after dispatch
Express delivery within the Express Post network: 1–3 business days
International orders: approximately 7–20 business days, depending on location
While we guarantee our processing and dispatch times, shipping delays caused by postal or courier services are beyond our control. We will, however, assist in following up on any delivery issues where possible.
4. Returns and Replacements
As every item is custom printed, we can only accept returns if a product is faulty, damaged, or printed incorrectly.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email orders@yaldidesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the affected area
If approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
In rare cases where a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued instead.
We cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind or incorrect size selection
Minor colour or print placement variations (within ±5%)
Garment measurement tolerances (within ±1.5 cm)
Please refer to the size guide before ordering.
Care instructions:
Wash on a cold gentle cycle, inside out. Line dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on printed areas.
Personal details (name, email address, and shipping information) are collected only to fulfil and deliver your order.
Payment processing is handled securely by The Print Bar’s payment provider; Yaldi Designs does not have access to your card or banking information.
Your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties other than The Print Bar for production and delivery purposes.
