Below are some common questions about Yaldi Designs merch orders.

1. Who prints and sends my order?

All Yaldi Designs products are printed and fulfilled by The Print Bar (Australia).
Each item is made to order, packed, and shipped directly from their Brisbane production studio.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Production usually takes 3–5 business days, then your order is shipped.
Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Australia (Standard): 5–9 business days after dispatch

  • Australia (Express): 1–3 business days within the Express Post network

  • International: 7–20 business days depending on location

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because everything is printed to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they’ve been placed.
Please check your sizing, address, and details carefully before checkout.

4. What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or printed incorrectly, email orders@yaldidesigns.com within 14 days of receiving it.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos.
If approved, a replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.
In rare cases where a replacement isn’t possible, a refund may be provided instead.

5. Can I return or exchange if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

Unfortunately, because each product is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors.
Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

6. Are the colours on screen accurate?

Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and fabric printing.
A small variation of up to 5% is considered normal in the print-on-demand process.

7. How do I care for my printed apparel?

Wash on a cold gentle cycle, inside out.
Line dry in the shade.
Do not tumble dry or iron directly on printed areas.
Following these guidelines will help your print stay vibrant for longer.

9. Where are the products shipped from?

All items are printed and shipped from The Print Bar in Brisbane, Australia.
Domestic orders are delivered via Australia Post or local courier partners.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, The Print Bar ships worldwide.
Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

11. What materials are your T-shirts and products made from?

T-shirts and apparel are typically 100% cotton or cotton/poly blends, depending on the garment type.Each product page includes detailed material and fit information.

12. How are payments processed?

All payments are handled securely through The Print Bar’s checkout.
Yaldi Designs does not receive or store your payment information.

13. I’ve ordered multiple items. Will they arrive together?

Most items are shipped together, but occasionally separate items may be sent in different parcels depending on stock availability or production timing.
You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.

14. My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Check with neighbours or household members first.
If the parcel still can’t be located, contact orders@yaldidesigns.com with your order number so we can help follow up with the carrier.
